What is R U OK?
            
            R U OK? is a not for profit, Australian charity that focuses on suicide prevention by encouraging people to engage in meaningful conversations with friends, family, colleagues and loved ones.

            

 R U OK?Day is on Thursday 11th September 2025. It is a national day of action and a reminder that everyday  is a day to start a meaningful conversation.
